We tried out our challah recipe on an individual scale. I had to leave to take the kids to cadets when they had risen to go in. But I turned off the oven, took them and popped them in when I got back. They had risen to an adorable anime-like rotundness, and turned out beautifully! We will have to try using them to make sandwhiches with.
